Jason began his professional career in telecommunications, managing relationships and selling business solutions for AT&T. The professional training in marketing and negotiation gives Jason the upper hand while working for his clients. He knows that in today’s hypercompetitive real estate market, the traditional real estate marketing model must be drastically and continually revised to stay successful.
Real estate is not new to Jason. Twenty-two years ago, his parents founded - and still run - a real estate firm in Carmel, IN, where he worked and learned the ropes of real estate. Selling countless homes, town homes and condos in South Tampa and watching the changes, he has truly learned the ins and outs of the South Tampa market. Further, Jason owns, manages and maintains various high-quality investment properties around the state of Florida.
Jason lives in South Tampa with his wife, Courtney, who is the Director of Community Relations for The University of Tampa, and their son Max. When not selling real estate, Jason enjoys traveling, reading, and playing golf.

Cristina Lorenzo is a South Tampa native, who graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names which she attended since kindergarten. Being a true Floridian, Cristina chose The University of Miami where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After working in New York City as a retail merchandise coordinator for Calvin Klein Jeans, she returned home to South Tampa to be closer to her family and friends. Cristina joined Palermo Real Estate Professionals in 2005. After gaining first hand knowledge and experience about the real estate market as a Sales Assistant to Jason O’Neil, she earned her Florida Real Estate License. Cristina currently resides in South Tampa and intimately knows the community, neighborhoods, culture and schools. When not selling homes, she enjoys cooking, jogging, and experiencing Tampa’s culture and art.
